What money should I pay for a dammaged 1.6 16v si/ghia

ive got a good lookin early mk3 fessi but it's only a 1.1 hcs all the cars sweet apart from the engine so i am going to transplant a zetec lump in there from a mk3.5 with all the running gear,brakes,etc.I just want to know how much money i should part with to buy a suitable donor car, something that's dammaged bodywise but has sound engine & running gear if anyone has any ideas it would be a great help :-?
if it ain't broke dont fix it,mod it!
