whole car... convert you 1.1 to an xr2i
actually, just thought, if you can get it for free or next to nothing that isnt such a daft idea, if you dont want to kit yours up or convert it to xr2i spec you can seel the bis you dont want and make a few £

Calipers
Maybe discs
Anti-roll bar
Suspension struts (fronts are needed for anti-roll bar)
You'll need lower arms to fit the ARB too, unless you tap threads in your existing arms
Centre console
Steering wheel?
If you're removing the crossmember from underneath, don't forget to take the two captive nuts from the wishbone carriers that support the two bolts that don't bolts into the chassis.
Full bodykit, boot release solenoid and actuator rod
Central locking motors and latches
Quite a few bits and bobs you can swap over really

when i fitted the anti roll bar to my 1.1 i did not need to tap the threads as they were all ready there, im certain it was the same situation with the cross member, im sure the nuts were all ready in place for this!

Had to use the higher spec on mine as I couldn't be arsed tapping the holes.
Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.
