hi, having just got my turbo and being used to my 2l, i need more power!
what kind of power can i expect from the following spec, needs doing for santa pod in august as im going up against my mates mk3.5 high compression 2.1 zetec with gsxr1000 throttle bodies all lightened and balanced, cts stage2+ box and custom driveshafts ( keeps snapping the shafts, lol)

anyway spec im gonna throw together for aug;
cvh35 cam
grs evo3 intercooler
beige injectors
cosworth fuel pump
-31 actuator
escort hybrid t3
apex-i avcr boost controller
hopefully running around 14psi
stage 2 chip from MSD

If the engines good you should be looking at nearer 18psi and a nice healthy 200bhp but like I say that is providing the engine is good. My brothers is a very similar spec and made 211bhp on the Ego Buster (so about 220bhp on inferior rollers)

well im just going to let MSD sort out where the boost wants to be, mainly cause im very childish. i used to have a multi-coloured turbo diesel fiesta van with the pump turned up full, water injection (homemade bodge), fmic off an iveco truck and pushing a healthy 28psi, sold it on, its still running somewhere around lancs lol. was a lot faster than a standard rst and it stayed with my mates stripped and cammd mk2 xr2
