What power gains?

I plan ASAP to change my engine to a 2.0 zetec-R (don't we all!!!!!!???????).
But before that I have done / want to do a few choice mods to me motor. What power should I see form these mods:
> Re-conditioned XR2i inlet manifold with slightly ported inlet ports on the engine / manifold.
>Janspeed cat-back exhaust
>Ram-Air induction kit.
>FSE boost valve.
No caining of the bits [ERRR] I'm got em all and gonna fit 'em all, just wondering what power increase I should see from a low mileage 1.4 si (80bhp innit?) with all of these bits on and it set-up on a RR??
Cheers! Rob.

rob, i have a 1.4, got c-b, janspeed and pipercross, no difference in performance, but with cam (which will run lumpy pending on if its high lift or just mild, can see about 10bhp form cam, plus chip and a rr, you should see 100bhp reasonably easy with all you metioned...and the 1.4 si is 75bhp by the way mate, 0-60 12secs and 104 top end, ford figs!
5 doors that will have a lotta difference next year!!
