im in the process of building a zetec turbo lump .

will calibra turbo pistons hold up the power , what have they been tested too . if i was running low 300's do you think they would cope

yes they would be fine.

low 300's are about the max for them, but good luck on getting a good used set, as if your buying new, you would be better going for forged pistons from the likes of Arias. Check the american ebay for choices :)
