mk5 rear beam with focus disk setup, yes the escort servo will be up to the job as not alot of breaking is done at the rear anyways, however if the front and rear are matched then the overall effectiveness of the breaking system is greatly increased.

no not with rs2k items as they simply wont bolt up to a mk5 beam hence why i said a mk5 beam and also focus rear disk setup as the stub axle mounting bolt pattern is the same on the focus and the mk5 fiesta.

If i were you i would sell on the rs2k stuff and try and get focus ones, the handbrake isnt quite as good as it is actuated by the caliper not drums inside the disk, but its a better design i feel with everything being on one set of pads rather than needing shoes and pads.

no the puma and mk4 fiesta had a fork type mounting on the rear shocks rather than the normal type that is found on the back end of the mk3, the later mk5 reverted back to this type so it will have to be off a later car for it to fit the mk3.

The 99 puma rear beam should be eye mount as they changed it in 98 from the fork mounts, just check by looking under it. I think the zetec-s beam was a bit stiffer compared to the lesser models and had bigger drums but that won't matter.
