What shocks?

Hi peeps, on my 2i ive got Gmax 30mm springs, and standard shocks, the combination isn't practical, when im driving it i dodge all the Bump's, you only need to run over a Fag Paper and it breaks your back!! i don't use the motor that much, only when weather is pucker, i use a rover which is a wicked drive, and my 2i is quite hard. What im looking for is a shock set that will go with my existing springs, and will damp very nice over bumps, but still give good precise handling. What ya reckon i should get?
