What should I do!!!

As most (some) of you know I am the owner of 2 fiesta's.

1 is an RS1800 pacifica blue (half decent condition) the other on the other
hand is a mk3 L reg 1.3 LX in racing green with 2, 1.3 engines (1 knackard
and 1 ready to drop in as replacement).

What im trying to get at is weather or not to spend all of my finances on
the RS and mod the nuts off it. Whilst puttin the new engine in the LX and
flogging it for some dollers . . . . or do I just Keep the RS standard and mint
it up, and then heavily mod the LX ie 2.1 turbo or something like that.

I'll try and get pics of the LX as the shell is in mint-ish condition with 70k
on the clock.
