I am planning on lowering my suspension on my Si by 40mm. I am gonna get some alloys and was wondering what size would be the best. Would 17" do the job? I dont know much about this styling job. i am more under the bonnet!!!

Go for 15's or 16's, whichever suits your fancy and pocket money! But you cant go wrong there unless you wanna spend loads on body mods fitting the 17's!

Yeah. 15'' or 16'' looks good under a fezzy.
Big enough without massive recontruction in the arches.

I reckon 16s aswell. Ive got 16s on my si and i didnt have to do any arch mods at all to fit 'em. Only thing is, i wanna drop it as low as possible without my back wheels grinding their way up through my arches. I can get a full lock with them on and no scraping at all. Good eh?!
