what spec for 3k

What engine would you build for £3000 and what power would you exspect, my frst is running a 1.8 zvh 188bhp @10 psi was thinking going back cvh,steel rods forged pistons etc etc what would you do cheers andy

seen as you already have some turbo and zetec parts for £3000 id go for a full 2.1litre zetec turbo

I'd go cossie 4x4 andy :devil: why not stick with your engine and uprate the management, turbo and gearbox.

At £3k mate Zetc turbo's are anon starter as the build soon adds up and always cost more than you expect (I know people who have spent circa £8k). Seeing as you have the ZVH allready I would get in touch with Ian at Area Six, He's the ZVH daddy and will be able to advise you best on where to put your £3k
