Postby TIL13R on Fri Jan 28, 2005 1:41 pm

hello people! :)

I am currently looking to replace the springs on my 2i 8v as when i brought the car it had koni adj shocks but cut springs!

i just wonted to know if i have to buy koni springs to match the shocks? or do all springs fit?

if so what springs give a good firm ride?

Looking to drop it about 35/40mm :D

Many Thanks

with the 60mm drop do the tyres scrape the arches? or do you have any problems with pot holes etc? i was think bout a 60mm drop but dont know about the draw backs.

more than 3 people in the car then u hear the arch moaning alot..
u can run them width no arch work i have for 3 years.... been fine...
i only have 2 peeps max in the car....

hopefully by the end of this month i will have my car ready for my new set of rims..... going in next week some time when i get paid @ the end of this month..... need to get it done soon as the rims takes 4 weeks to come thru....
