whits clocks with red dials/needles and fitting bright blue lights to the clocks

in a mk3 fessy turbo
where do i get the stuff and how shall ifit it
and i u wana do it for me then thats even better
306 Dturbo, Dump valve, 1.6 bar boost and more torque than the film.
