are you talking about a standard frst cvh lump ???

if so...

195 or stage two piggy back chip
beige 701 boche injectors
cossy or motorsport uprated fuel pump
larger intercooler
hybrid t2 turbo / hybrid t25 turbo or t3 turbo

that should do for about that bhp could get a bit more

gearbox should be ok for 200 bhp but won't last forever driven hard...
i put a new box in from ford in one of my frst that was running about 200 due to the fact i kept on buying boxs of people that where s**t and kept dieing, so just bite the bullet and bought one :)

but all depends how you drive and use the box tbh...

as ben said the setup i said will run up to 16psi

then you are looking at low comp pisions... stronger con rods, lightend balanced crank etc... better flowing head

then looking at aftermarket or cossy management to run it, again injectors, fuel pump fuel pressure all have to be upgraded to suit....

be looking at what 220- 250 depending on setup maybe a bit more.

but then after this you would be looking at a zetec turbo or zvh as stronger units

all depends how deep your pockets are and what your looking for.... a day to day driver or a track or strip monster ???

this is the time when you start thinking about spending money on the gearbox

but then after this you would be looking at a zetec turbo or zvh as stronger units
