girlfreind wants a baby but i dont feel ready to have one at the min didnt say no just not yet

resons being we break up every few weeks and ive lost me job so cant support her and a baby can just aboutesupport myself at the min she lives in Chester a 2hr train journey away

think its right presuring someone to have a baby?
thats how i feel she basicly said she wants one end of if i dont want one then dont see a point being together

if you keep splitting up every couple weeks, the relationship is a weak one, and in no way one thats ready for a baby, if you did go with it and get her up duff, thats a kid you got to pay for for 18 years, which yeah fair enouigh, but for a kid you dont really want at the mo....

if she lives 2 hours away by trian, no offence, but what sort of relationship is that? cant be great and deffo wouldnt be great if she had the kiddy, unless its some plan of hers to get you to move her in and support her or something??

na thats right mate, your looking at it in the right way, altough waiting till you can afford a baby isnt always the best as you never will, but when its here to afford it, if that makes sence, having a job doesnt help, when i had my first i wasnt ina job, found out missis was preggers 3 weeks after i got made redundant back on 2000, but you do manage even if things are a bit tight, but the rs was about then and shes still here

I agree with everything Jay has said, by the sounds of it, she is maybe a little immature and totally selfish, basically giving you an ultimatum of having a baby with her or not being together
Breaking up everyfew weeks when you live 2hours apart is not the kind of realtionship nor the appropriate environment to be bringing a kiddy up in.

By the sounds of it your one of the few sensible guys out there ! Wanting to be settled with your own place/have a job etc

My opinion from what you said is that you're right, the setup just doesn't suit a baby really and should only be something you choose to do as a couple when the time's right. As with me, something I already know I want to do one day but far from suitable. I'd ask her why she wants one so much

chuck her to the curb mate , i cant imagine being put in that position and tbh like you say she lives 2 hours away how is that going to work?? my missus found out she was pregnant when i was 17 , at the same time lost my job and literally scrimped to pay my rent and feed my missus and myself . but now my 2 year old son is growing up in a happy home with parents that love each other which sometimes as jayrs said can be a nightmare ( cant imagine 4 kids though ) you never know you might meet someone find out she's the right person and BOTH decide you want kids.

seriously mate,my ex was like that,wanted a kid but i was in a mega mega bad state of s**t,no job,no wheels no money i was actually squating for 6mths if u like....................i had a mint flat etc but never paid the rent , and she wanted kids,not a chance

i binned her,then 3 months later met my mrs,...............2 weeks later we found she was pregnant i s**t myself,but luckily i had got myself back on my feet and managed to get through it but i knew i wanted to be with her and would do anythin i had 2 i just knew she was the one

im now getting married in 18weeks after being with her for 8yrs have 3kids and a house with 2 projects on the go but even now its still hard,i suppose .

i guess what im trying to say,is different things turn out different ways,but

if u dont think u want 2 be with her,dont do it!!!!!!!! dont put yourself somewhere you dont wanna be

Dont worry, easy to say i know but truly its just hanging to old good time memories that are passsing through your mind.
Girls come and go just get out with ya mates and find a local girl to knock you of ya feet again.
This girl of 18 needs her head checked, why does hse want a baby, you dont live together, your rarly see each other during the week and she is a mere 18... hardly the perfect situation.
