whats a good cheap upgrade of fuel pump?

Im looking to get another pump for my FRST.. but cant go mad on price as my bank balance isnt too healthy..
but are there any standard pumps from standard cars that are an upgrade other than the Escort cosworth

Not heard of anyone fitting anything else? An Escort cosworth one will set you back about £120 iirc

Thats brand new, i got one off ebay, 7 quid :lol:

then when i checked the number i found out it was the uprated EsCos one :D

needless to say it sold on ebay for far more than i payed for it :Q

burton power do a sytec cossie pump that is the uprated frst one and thats 89quid new inc vat not sure how good it is tho :bonkers:

there is a pump on ebay thats not sytec or bosch but apparently just as good and only £70.check it out
