I've got about £550 to spend so what engine mods do you recomend next, i've got a magnex-cat back zaust, pipercross induction kit + cold air intake, what do i need to do next to get a bit more power outa the lump?

2.0l mondeo engine :wink: that would be the serious answer if you wanna increase power. the lil 1600 zetec unit is too restrictive to tune and get any real gains from it. £550 wouldn't get you much in the way of power. you've gone the right route of zorst, filter.

you could always de-cat it, stick a chip in, and uprate the cams, but TBH it'd be easier to drop a 2.0l in. 135 bhp as standard. something you'd never realisticallysee from the 1600
