Whats the difference?

Between the cv joints/driveshafts of a 1.1 and a 1.6?

Between a cvh radiator and a zetec radiator?

The cooling fans mounted to the 1.1 hcs and 1.6 cvh engines?

Driveshafts - The 1.6 ones are much thicker then a 1.0/1.1 shaft

Radiator - I think these are the same between CVH/Zetec, I can check later if you want?

Fans - If I remember correctly, wont fit as the HCS rad is different, and the fan is smaller.

so, in summary upgrade the fan and the driveshafts and you will check for me, the differences between cvh and zetec :)
