what do you have to do to do a wheel refurb yourself because i want to tidy up my steelies i have on my car atm and maybe change them to white

what everyone thinking

i wouldnt do standard steelies.i would get some of the 15 inch steelies you can get,or even some pug 205 gti wheels and do them white.
