Wheels and Springs Question?

Postby festa-1.3 on Sat May 13, 2006 10:29 pm

Probally a stupid question to most but i really dont know!
I have a mk3.5 and i have brought some 15" alloys with 195/50/15 tyres, my question is would 35mm lowering springs affect any rubbing or will i need arch work?
Any help would be great!

it shouldn't rub, i had 15's with the same profile tyre and lowered 60mm with no arch work and it only really caught the nearside front arch over big speed bumps. even fully loaded it didnt catch the arches.
hope this helps
