15's and -35mm at a guess.

Some people say 16's will go on with minimal lowering but i wouldn't chance it.

IanRST, how the hell does your car not catch the arches
Is it a Fiesta RS Turbo or Escort, cause my FRST is lowered 60mm on 45 profiles and it still catches after arch mods :???:

It is an FRST yes, dont know why it doesnt catch. It used to catch on the plastic under the arch but it had just fallen down a bit so i pushed it back up. It only scrubs if i go down a large pot hole. LUCKY i guess.

I would say 16" with 40 profile tyres and 13mm rear spacers 35mm lowered would not catch much at all.
But I`m guessing cause i`ve got the above with 45 profile tyres and it catches.

I know have 16" with 40 profile tyres ! as i didnt want to mod the arches allthough modding would have been cheaper.

Only Dunlop make 16" tyres on a 40 profile ! thus they cost arround the £80 mark EACH ! i Payed £300 for 4 16" rims and £328 for the tyres !

Best get your arches rolled as i now have
