Lol, doesn't bother me too much tbh, I like the garage feature and I know I'm doing my bit to help keep FT running

I donated from time to time through the paypal link to do my little bit, would rather just do that than pay for a membership that doesn't really off much.

Re: when we gunna get all the benifits of paid member ship then?
I think it's good that every one pays out of good will to keep the site maintained and running, as do I.
However, if you advertise various feature to paying members you expect to get them. Just like the ad's debate, I'm really not fussed if you have ad blocking software or it doesn't bother you. Fact is we were sold the premise that they would not appear as paying members.
It seems to me like Adrian has got blasé, can't get certain things to work and left it as that. I understand he has paid for the site for many years out of his own pocket, but don't advertise features and then not implement them because it is false advertising. Maybe next round of subscriptions just say, you don't get any features, cash just pays for the maintenance of the site.
Edit- All I wanted was a shiny gold star below my user details

Same here, but my card details have changed so it failed. So I have cancelled it, if I decide to renew it will be for Bronze.

Re: when we gunna get all the benifits of paid member ship then?
well things are looking a bit bleek for the paid memebership now aint it...
mine must of run out by now then, or be due, and although im happy to help keep the site running, i would of though that within a year at least some of the things would of happend, the first prize compertition was only done, what month or so agao and no one knew about it.
will have a think about if i will be renewing or not me thinks

Re: when we gunna get all the benifits of paid member ship then?
Im thinking Ade doesnt have much to do with the site anymore, he lets it tick over by itself.
If there are promises being made .....ie the competitons ..... then maybe someone else should take control of the day-to-day running so things move forward and we have happy members ? (this is no way means Ade give up total control of what is still his website) The yearly subscription prize is a good idea and would certainly be worth entering the competition, so Ade doesnt need to worry about the prizes either getting out of control or none available.
My 2p's worth
