So, ruffly, to what spec, and what cost, and who did it.
I can't find any decent tuners in Belgium, so have to come over to the UK,
but need as much info as possible

Joris.....

I have only had the head rebuilt with new cam etc...apart from buying the cam, new valves, etc... it cost me £140 to get rebuilt  and it is STILL going strong with nearly 130k on the clock.
As long as the people know what they are doing it doesn't have to cost a fortune.

Get yourself up to Scotland and i can get you in touch with a few tuners

 - Sorry don't know why I am laughing.

Sunny.
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.

Joris.......it's upto yourself. Yes AVA have been coming in for some stick lately but as my friend RW said it comes down to consistancy and proven cars.

RW's 13psi = 150.1mph  his car is also high mileage on original bottom end....sounds like mine

But i do agree, it's a wee bit far for you to travel......but Andreas, (Sweden) on the RSOC board travelled to SCS.

Clair, Fiesta Frenzy built the engine. Dyno tune was done by Harvey Gibbs @ Specialist Car Services & Ahmed Bayjoo. Then finally everything installed by SCS and Ian Howell.

If your popping up there in 2 weeks you might see mine there. Your in good hands. :Q

Is it a 2.0 turbo?
