what is the best/cost effective exhaust manifold for a 2.0 zetec silvertop?

and again what is the best/cost effective induction kit for a 2.0 zetec silvertop?

The 2.0 will be in my mk3 RS1800.

Ashley manifold, there around £100.. there not stainless steel though, so may crack.

Alot of people use K&N filters on the Zetec, you can get them from Halfords for £25. Includes the crossover pipe, cold air feed and fittings.

But a K&N panel filter will probably be better option, less like to suffer heat soak if you use the standard airbox.
