Which Cossie Brakes
First off I am new to Fiestaturbo.com but not new to fiesta's. I have owned my FRST for the past 11 years and refuse to sell it.
I am after some advice for fitting a cossie front brake conversion. About 2 years ago after taking advice and a test drive from a well known Fiesta tuner I purchased cossie 4x4 calipers and cossie disks from a 2wd car. Their test drive in a customers car with this brake conversion made me jump straight for the credit card. When my local RS mechanic tried to fit these goodies he coundn't get them to fit so they have stayed on the garage shelf. After reading the technical section on this web site you guys seam to stick to disks from a 4x4 or escort cossie. Has anyone used 2wd disks with 4x4 calipers?. Also do you use the bolts and mounting brakets from the cossie? as I only bought the calipers. Any help would be appreciated.

hi m8, the 2WD drive disks can be used on a Escort RS turbo with cossie 4x4 calipers, but for the fiesta everything needs to be off a 4x4 cossie.
