Which Gearbox 2.0 Fezza?

aother diff bearing later (and a lot of mess) its timefor a new gearbox, any ideas for more top end but less acceleration, im thinking fezza RST box or RS1800 and if so do any of you have one :D

I think rs1800 would be best bet. The diesel box seems abit long. depends how much acceleration your willing to sacrifice

you want ERST not FRST due to it having a LSD

Stock ERST box will be fine on the 2.0. Most tweeked RST's don't have the required grunt to make use of the diesel box ratio's so the torque from the 2.0 will be well and truely knackered. It still amases me the myth about diesel boxes offering this and that. It's almost comical if it wasn't for the fact people actually beleive the rubbish :(

Mines still on my 1.6si box. I will get round to changing it one day but its doing fine for now :)

Mines running the 1.6 box, but starting to hate it as it revs abit high on motorways, and you seem to run out of revs abit quickly, making it seem like your loosing the use of most or the torques. It is a good box, but id have gone for something longer. I will probs look for a erst box eventualy aswell
