which inlet exhaust manifold should i buy for my xr2i 1.6 8v

i want the best power gains width it..

any numbers of companys and which types i can get eg.4,2,2,1,
which one is the best!

ive got an ashley manifold here. never fitted paid £130 for it. make me an offer if your interested.

supersprint also do one but your looking somewhere above £350 for one of their manifolds
