Which lowering springs are best
My new purchase needs to be raised a little
atm, it's 30mm lowered on top of 17"'s but every bump adds up to another scrape and no one can sit in the back.
This is useless to me so I want it raised about 20mm to hopefully combat the worst
That will make it 10mm lowered over standard RST spec.
It currently has Jamex springs. Should I go with these again?
Cheers all

FRSTs have lower springs as standard. Raising your car 20mm will make it only 10mm lower than a standard 2i (on which it's based).
Anyhow, raising it won't solve the problems, just make it look stupid. As soon as you hit a decent bump it will scrape again.
You need to identify where it's rubbing and trim the metal / plastic. Have a look at the fitting 17s guide and if you don't want to try it yourself then try a local bodyshop that does custom work.

Good plan
Ask for Jason and say you are off ft.com. I'm pretty sure he'll know the car too so it might be worth mentioning that too!
With a bit of luck you'll get a good deal!
