Which manifold is best?
Hi guys,
im after a good manifold. ive heard the ashley 4-2-1 is one of the best. Has anyone got one of these and are they worth getting?

Ashley is good but if you want the best 4-2-1 go for Mountune's one.

Seriously, you've never heard of Mountune? They're well-known in high-performance Ford circles, so a good place to start looking! But it really depends on whether you want an inlet manifold or exhaust manifold, and then we'll find out what car/engine you have and start from there

None of the above manifolds will fit unless you swap your sump and oil pick up pipe

swap it for a Escort/fiesta zetec sump and oil pick up pipe and the rest of the zorst will need modifying to fit the manifold
