0W is way to thin. Stick to 10w60 castrol or 15w/50 mobil.. Other oils around this mark can also be used(Valvoline, millers etc)

Me uses Valvoline in Fiesta
and Shell Helix 10w 40 in the Porsche.
Good choices chaps

Sunny.
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.

Go for a fully synthetic as this is less likely to bake on the turbo oil pipes and clog them.

Personally I use the Shell Helix 10W40, but and similar good quaility oil should do. As said before a 0W40 is probably too thin for a relative old CVH.
