Which Performance CAM???

Hi

just wondering if anyone can help? I'm getting my cam changed along with hydraulic tappets, stem seals etc. Can anyone reccomend a good cam and which profile? please could you also state why that type profile. I am looking at getting this done ASAP. the garage have got the car all weekend, and hopefully i would like them to be fitted at the same time.

I have looked at the following :

Kent CVH22k
Piper 285C (i've read that this is a good one)

The engine is a XR2 Carbs. running K&N, 4 branch janspeed manifold, with manifold back custom exhaust (cobra). Nothing else done engine wise.
