For sale is my 99% rebuild xr2i this is a real one off log book is present

for the good bits

rebuilt engine

i have the blue strips that go all the way around the car just need sticking back on Removed for paint prep (thats what the black bits are in the pictures of the side just the old sticky pad needs rubbing off)

new gaskets inc head gasket

new clutch

ported head

new valves

oil change

new filters (air , oil , fuel)

all hoses flushed out

inlet manifold rebuilt

heat paint on inlet and block and gearbox

brought a recond gearbox (done 3000 miles when brought)

new cambelt

new wishbones

new anti roll bar links

recond drive shifts

new cv boots

new discs and pads

part worn like new tyres x5 ( 5x alloys)

new starter motor

rebuilt gear selector box

new wheel bearings all round

recond and painted front shocks

new brake hoses all round

new track rod ends

new exhaust from downpipe back

fuel tank dropped out and completly under sealed wax paint

fuel tank wax painted

rear axle dropped recond and paint

rear shocks recond and paint

rear drums recond and paint

new rear shoes

one new n/s wing mirror

other side new mirror glass

all rust gone and arches wax painted under body kit

seals wax painted

new number plates standerd ones

v5 in my hand

new anti roll bar bushes front and back

rebuilt master cylinder

must have missed some parts

if i think of more will add them so keep a eye out

the was a little rust starting round the fuel cap so i cut it out replaced the panel re welded it in then smoothed it over and it was wax paint all behind and anti rust primered so no need to worry

runs and drives and since all this its only done about 3 hours running and 5 miles driving as no m.o.t or insurance all buttons work and lights

　

now for the bad parts

it needs 3x wiper blades for m.o.t

it will come with 2x battreys need charging can be seen running just needs a jump start (i have leads)

has no tax as not insured

has no m.o.t but with the first 2 issues its good to go

bonnet catch needs bolting on 3 bolts didn't do it as needs greasing up as its a bit sticky

and now the main issue as lets face it all the rest are simple fixes with the cash the paint work is a real let down it had so many little dinks when i got it i started rubbing it down for a respray its half way there. most of the hard rubbing down just the last little bit then paint

in the boot there is some spares litre of oil old number plates car mats a head unit starter motor and a few other bits
it will need to be towed / trailed away as it has no tax or m.o.t will show it running

Post some photos up, not hard when using photobucket and will help sell it. Going to need some help at your price for an xr2i with no mot and needs a respray.
But it does sound like a good base with all the work which it has had done.
