who rebuilds turbo's

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

i have two t2 turbos one is smokeing a little the other has a slight play on the shaft,does anyone know who repairs them or overhaull them for a not so silly price?
could it be converted to a hybrid for sensible money, i dont want to go the t3 route.
