im rebuilding my engine and hopefully gonna get what i need to stage 2 my engine i want about 185bhp wich is a realistic and easy figure to get but i seem to have a phobia of having my car set up i know it has to be set up .

so just wandering if the ppl on here who have had there cars set up can tell me whats involved how long it takes ect ect

i had mine set up at torque of the devil in uxbridge.
Took around 1 hour and set me back £95
Included was 3 rolling road runs to get the best output. Also any tweaking to get it running to its best.
They compression test all engines before doing the test to make sure they dont blow up the engine on the run.

got my car set-up by oddkiddcreations took 2 hours and could notice the difference after.well pleased

Never had my RS1800 set up because i've never been bothered lol.
But when the new engine goes in Karl @ NMS will get the job of checking its set up ok.

he does his set ups on road doesnt he. i like the idea of that. only thing is id like to know how much bhp i have but without rollers i guess he couldnt tell you?
