Sorry if this has been posted before (if so, does anyone have a link ?)

Just curious as to why the chatter sound is only achievable with EFI and will not work with MFI ?

I got a ERST, and I'd prefer to have chatter over the d/v

Because of the airflow meter, chatter is a less audiable.

Its NOT chatter ...... as in waste gate chatter .......

its the air fluttering back from the turbo
