right i have a fiesta mk4 the stereo i bought for it a jvc one didnt keep memory so i sold it now the kenwood one i bought is doing the same is it the stereos or my car any idea? have halfrauds sold me a dodgey iso connector :x

No. You need to swap the yellow and red wires around at the back of the unit. They usually have bullet connectors on them already to make life easier
