Iv got a mk3.5 Fiesta SI and one of my m8s wants to sell me sum struts n springs for it off of his old RS Turbo Fiesta. Will they fit on mine,please help. He only wants £65 for d lot!!!!!!

as far as i know mate they wont. i know that the Gmax kit for the si is different to the RST

no the rear suspension setup is totally different on the mk3's compared to the mk3.5's :D

Thats what i thought because i know certain SI parts are bloody annoying to get hold of so now some other lucky git is goin to get them! :x

the rear shocks on the si are different, but you can put the rear shocks from a mk3.5 si on a mk3, so yeah, you can fit FRST shocks on yours, but if there standard shocks, dont bother.

People often get confused!

The springs on the mk3 and mk3.5 can't be swapped but the shocks can, and then you can use mk3 springs aswell.

So yes they should fit, but I really wouldn't bother if I was you.

Why would'nt u bother? At the mo its sat on 16's and its pretty high up,i just wana make it sleek and low,with less bloody body roll!!

The shocks won;t be that much better (if not worse cos they are older), if you want it lower cheaply just get some springs.
