Need a bit more info before anyone can answer that! i.e. are you using the T2 or T3, what injectors, what management, engine specification, your budget, what do you want out the upgrade etc...

Technically the 165 map is superior to the 195 map but you need the 195 map to run 701 injectors.

As has been said it depends on the spec/health of the car and what you want from it

iv got t3 and piper cam and a phase chip.and its meant 2 b running 176 bhp.

If so the first thing I would do would be to change the cam to either a Newman or Kent CVH34 or 35

Cos the 285T2 profile is rubbish. It sacrifices everything in the low and mid range for a small increase in peak bhp. Drive a car back to back with the T2 and then the CVH35 and I promise the T2 will be stuck in the bin quicker than you can say "SH!T CAM!"

Intercooler wise it has to be Pro-Alloy, Radtec or GRS. Pace only do the double capacity intercooler which really isn't man enough for the job. Shame they don't do a big fooker like they do for teh Escort as that is frankly superb

oranoco's right, bin that cam, ive had one and it was the worst cam ive had :o proper s**t :P
