Would XR2i 16v lowering springs fit an Si?

Postby scarlet_pimp_mobile on Sat Dec 03, 2005 7:16 pm

As above, looking at the Bilsteins in the For Sale section but just noticed that the car it was on is a Mk3 not Mk3.5.
Aren' t the front suspension components different in the Mk.3.5 compared with the Mk3?
But then again didn't the Si have the same standard suspension set up as the XR2i16v? :-?

Any info on this will be much appreciated. :)

no. The Si has different front suspension to the xr2i 16v. But that only refers to the shock absorber leg girth. I would **imagine** that the springs are pretty much the same fit, but i have no real idea about that. Aid
