xr2i 1.8 16v turbo upgrade

Simple question, what would i need to put a turbo on the xr2i 1.8 engine ? is there any good tutorials out there aswell?

Frst management, t3 & manifold ,de-comp plate, Chip/mapped (£600) intercooler,rad, oil in and out on the block, boost hose's, Exhaust/down pipe

de-comp plate?
im guessing you mean frst management as in the ecu
i've got a magnex 4" exhaust system on my xr2i atm, would that be ok?

id get the full frst exhaust,ull have all the right flow and pressure

alright mate decomp plate it to lower the compression of your engine as a turbo charged engine is a lower ratio thatn a na engine and you are prob best to get another exhaust as i doubt the downpipe from the turbo would mate with youer exhust and you will have an exra sileencer too i would imagine!!??
