The plans ive got for the engine include:
Cam
Chip
Exhaust
De-Cat Pipe
Induction Kit
2 ltr Throttle Body.
Firstly i was wondering what sort of BHP ill be pushing and is there anything you feel would be a good idea to give me plenty of power.
cheers everyone

I think Geoff means throttle bodies such as Alpha or Weber kits, which will set you back about £1500 for a full normally aspirated kit. It's not a hard job to turbo a throttle bodied engine, but you'll probably need a bigger fuel tank

Based on a standard 1800 105ps
Cam - 10bhp for the first stage
Chip - 5bhp
Exhaust - nothing
De-Cat Pipe - 3bhp
Induction Kit - runs better without one, or use panel filter
2 ltr Throttle Body. - 3/4 bhp

A 1.8 on Weber Alpha TB's produces 155 BHP according to Webcon.
And a 2.0 will kick out 165 BHP.
Some hot cams, and a decent zorst, and you'll be up to 180 BHP if you're willing to really rev it!!!
Thats the theory anyway...
