XR2i 8v cylinder head

Hello peeps.

I am looking for a stage 3 cylinder head, but not sure where to go.

I know it's easy to be ripped off. Just wondering if anyone out there has had this mod done and if so what sort of gains are there.

If you cacn afford it and wait for it try Dave at http://www.pumaracing.co.uk. His demo car is a real beat up looking XR2i with one of his heads as the only mod. I've been told that it makes quite a difference.

Power Engineering are also good, but your best bet might be to buy the Haynes CVH tuning manual and teaching yourself what works and what doesn't, and going to a tuner with a list and asking their opinion :)

I can also recomend Puma Racing. Dave there spends a lot of time working on just CVH's and has a wealth of knowledge. Read his website.
