think bout converting my xr2i 2 carbs as ive got a set of twin 40 delortos sat here and its sumthing different wot wud i need 2 do as i have a manifold for them would i just need a regulator 2 slow the pressure down

the other problem you've got is the ignition side of things so you would need stand alone ignition management as far as i am aware

also,possibly an uprated fuel pump facet red/silver top.im slapping twin dcoe40's on a XR3 lump,but as it was a carb'd engine it makes life a little easier.haven't really heard alot about turning injection to twins.

The problem you will have there is that the XR2i head has cut outs for the injectors; so this means that when you try to fit the webber manifold there will be a gap, so unless you know somebody that can weld in the head cut outs, you will need to change the head.

Well its says this actually:

89SM6090 - The EFi hemi head from Bosch L Fiesta XR2i's and XR3i's. Also has the injector cutouts in the inlet ports and therefore won't take a DCOE manifold without welding or other tinkering. Good head for big valves though as the port walls are very thick and the port shapes are excellent for flow

ok so wont be using carbs lol,im going 2 be running a 1.8 na zvh with head work and different cam will i need 2 uprate my injectors or pump ???
