I've done this to a mates 8v XR2i in the past.
I used a modified Rover 820 inlet manifold, drilled and tapped the head for the zorst manifold, fitted a unichip and 701 injectors
Now driving a 1999 Audi S3 with 2.1 20v OD HTAGT3582r Turbo

Bring on the 650+Bhp 4x4 monster

Can be done but fuelling's not gonna be right so you should look into having it chipped immediately.

Mine's a 130ps 1800 Zetec on XR2i 8v management and until I have it mapped I won't be running it over 5,000rpm; still pulls like a train even below that though :D
