Hi here..

Im hopefully getting a xr2i lump soon but without the gearbox, i was just wondering if when i take my 1.1 out would the gearbox off that be ok to use on the xr2, i've heard of it being done before, just wanted to get other peoples opinions. And what else would i need.

Cheers Kris

I belive it should be a straight fit just the gearing will be more for acceleration than top speed!

That ok then, i can always go out and buy the performance parts to get that bit more power.

Would i also have to change the wiring loom, if so how easy is that aswell.

Cheers Guys
