xr2i or rs conversion

I need some straight answers please.<br>I own a 1.3 fiesta van, my uncle does nost of the engine work while i do the styling.<br>I want to change the engine to a xr2i or something bigger.<br>What i need to know is how diff**ult will it be, will the engine mounts be the same or is it a totally different set up.<br>I want a nice bit of power so which engine is most suitable for my van<br>Please reply in simple language, as if you were talking to a woman (well not so plainly)<br>You know what i mean
