XR2i to FRST

I know this subject has been talked about before but none of the posts really pinpoint any of my questions.

I'm not a mechanic but here goes:

How easy is it to swap a FRST engine into my XR2i?

Roughy how much would the conversion cost me (Including the engine)?

Is there any places in and around the Hertfordshire area that would carry out this conversion?

How hard would this make my car to insure (i'm 20 with 2yrs no claims)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
