xr2i turbo?

xr2i turbo?

could i use me stage 3 xr2i cvh head with a fiesta turbo camshaft, bottom end and t2 turbo? :-?

ive also been told i can use my standard eec (whatever it is) ignition system off my 2i to run a fiesta turbo engine, but need a turbo map sensor and to change a few ecu pins round is this true. please help need to know before i buy the bits :-?

The head will go on but make sure you use the FRST tappets and keep them on the cam lobes they are running on now or it'll all end in tears. You won't need to run the camshaft in again - just plug and play/pray.

You cannot use the 2i ECU to run a turbo - the ECU doesn't have the right circuitry to handle positive inlet manifold pressures and will wet itself when the turbo comes on boost. You need an ECU and matched loom (OFAB or OFAC).
