Stainless Steel Valves.
ARP Rod Bolts.
ported and polished head.
2.0L Zetec Throttle Body.

injectors ???

how do you intend to manage and mount these

please correct me if im wrong but doesnt the zetec use side fed injectors

i "presume" u are reffering to cosworth greens these are top fed

you would have a lot of modification to do infact a whole new inlet manifold sytem to run this.

what ecu is running this setup ?

Scattacks

Personal budget mate.. ;-)

He is going for stainless steel valves
ARP bolts
Green Injectors
Porting and polishing

Not worth doing some of these if the cooling wont be up to scratch..

no point having huge injectors if you cant run the boost to go with the fuel.

What mangement are you using mate?

7.2 is low too :-(

I swear to god this is not me. I may be a joker but I can tell when a wind up is wearing thin.

His IP tracks back to Malta so I can only assume that he is a real person but incapable of taking any advice whatsoever.

*sigh* Oh well, one last try:

THE VALVES ON THE ZETEC 1.6 ARE TOO SMALL TO GET ANY DECENT POWER OUT OF THE ENGINE. SELL IT AND GET A 1.8 OR A 2.0!!!!!

Because it is dead money.. why modify something to be as good as something else standard that is very easy to get hold of..

Assuming it's even possible, the cost of modifying the head for bigger valves would be much larger than buying a complete 1.8 or 2L which has adequate valve sizes.
