If i put a 2.0L Zetec Crank on my 16L EFI 90PS ZETEC what difference does it make and does it really capacity engine from 1600cc goes to 2000cc ? :-?

lol... just cos u put the 2.0 crank on.. wont increase the bore size to 2.0! :)

but i thing it does increase power as a 2.0L or it's just be the same power? :(

All Zetec share the same 88mm stroke crank, its just the bore size that is diffrent in the zetecs

mmm... but is it good to tune my 1.6L Zetec and what sort of modifications i need to make and what approx bhp i do have? :o

To me tuning the 1.6 is a waste of time as it just doesn't respond well to tuning cos the head and valves of the head is very restrictive.
Your best off fitting the 1.8/2.0 Zetec, don't waste your money on tuning the 1.6.

llama! spend lets say.... 300 on zorst and filter for the 1.6 and gain.. fook all..... or spend 200 on a 2.0! and get 130+ bhp...
your choice ;)
