zetec i.s.c.v

Postby paradox on Fri May 26, 2006 1:38 pm

I have trial fitted a jackson racing 65 mm throttle body today against my 1.8 zetec inlet manifold im using for my conversion.
It has shown a few proplems the main one being that the new throttle body blocks the port that feeds air to the i.s.c.v on the 1.8 manifold.

I am wondering what effect it would have with the i.s.c.v not getting its supply of air.

Also i have looked at the trust electrical inlet manifold for the zetec and it doesent seem to have a connection for the i.s.c.v how do they get away without using an i.s.c.v?

All answers greatfully recieved
